The World's End War
Original title: La guerra del fin del mundo
Synopsis
At the end of the 19th century, in the pauperrime lands of northeastern Brazil, the spark of the harasses of the Councillor, a messianic and enigmatic character, will open the insurrection of the disinherited. In extreme circumstances such as those, the achievement of life dignity can only come from religious exaltation - the fanatic conviction of the divine choice of the world's marginalized - and the radical breach of the rules governing the world of the powerful.
